2 parts Peg & Bull Pinot Grigio
1 part fresh pink grapefruit juice
½ part agave syrup (or honey syrup)
Dash of soda water
Grapefruit wedge, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake Pinot Grigio, grapefruit juice and agave with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
Top with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge for colour and bite.
