Tasting Notes

Peg & Bull Chardonnay is smooth, balanced and full of character. Stone fruit and citrus notes lead the way, layered with a gentle creaminess and a touch of vanilla oak. Medium-bodied with a clean, rounded finish, it’s an easygoing style of Chardonnay that pairs as well with a relaxed weeknight dinner as it does with a long lunch in the sun.

Food Match

Pair your Chardonnay with dishes that bring out its creamy texture and citrus edge. Roast chicken with herbs is a classic match, while creamy pastas or buttery seafood like lobster or scallops highlight its richness. For something more casual, try it with a mushroom risotto or even a simple roast veggie tray bake — comforting, versatile and always satisfying.
